Yes, all bar staff that we provide are Texas Alcohol & Beverage Commission (TABC) certified and our company carries general liability insurance. Our security personnel have private security licenses.

For the best service at your event, we suggest having a team of two bartenders for up to 125 guests. At Franny's Bartending, we always send a minimum of two bartenders to ensure exceptional service and smooth operations.

In addition to our beverage consultation services, Franny's Bartending offers Cash and Hosted Bar packages. With these packages, we can provide all the necessary alcohol, mixers, cups, and ice. Alternatively, with our Open Bar package, we'll guide you on how to supply your own drinks.

Gratuity is not automatically included on your invoice. We will only include a gratuity if you do not want a tip jar to be out on the bar.

If you request No Tip Jar, a gratuity amount will be added to your invoice. If you allow a tip jar to be placed on the bar, or if you wish to take care of the tip after the event, we will not charge a gratuity.

Yes. A 20% deposit is due upon the signature of the Service Agreement, which is required to book your date. The full balance is due one week prior to your event date.

We offer multiple convenient payment options including Cash, Debit/Credit Card, ACH, Google/Apple Pay & Cashapp. Please note that personal checks are not accepted. For your convenience and peace of mind, you can make credit and debit card payments securely in advance through Square Invoice. We kindly request full payment or any outstanding balance to be settled at least one week prior to the event. Our staff will arrive promptly and begin their duties upon receipt of the full payment.

Our cash bar packages include bar staff, insurance, a table (if necessary), bar tools, napkins & straws, plastic cups, ice, mixers, alcohol, and appropriate garnish.

The non-refundable bar tab is a tab for pre-purchasing alcohol for your guests. The drinks your guest consumed will be charged toward the bar tab until it runs out. At that point the tab may be refreshed or turned over for the guest to pay for their drinks
